When the brake of the fully automatic self loading mixer is about to stop, the steering wheel always tilts to one side. This situation is actually what we usually call "bias braking". The main reason for the failure is that the left and right auxiliary pumps of the braking system of the automatic feeding mixer do not exert any force on the brake pads. During driving, due to the rapid rotation of the brake disc of the automatic feeding mixer, the difference between the uneven effect of the pump and the rapid friction is very small, which is difficult for us to feel.
It takes more than ten minutes to preheat the truck before starting the automatic concrete loading mixer. The braking system of the automatic charging mixer is the pressure provided by the engine, which is used to push the caliper to clamp the brake disc or push the brake disc against the brake drum. Therefore, the situation described above may be the pressure loss in the pressure transmission pipeline, resulting in the failure to provide braking force in time.
In this case, please check whether the vacuum booster hose of the brake master cylinder and the engine of the automatic concrete loading mixer are broken or loose.
The automatic charging mixer will not return to the braking position. When the brake pedal is pressed, the pedal will not rise and there is no resistance. This phenomenon is that the brake does not return. It is necessary to determine whether there is a lack of brake fluid, whether there is oil leakage from the brake cylinder, pipelines and joints, and whether the master cylinder and cylinder block parts are damaged.
